About Matt West Photography

Matt West is an award-winning photographer covering major news and sporting events, celebrities, including five Superbowls, the 2004 and 2007 World Series, the Stanley Cup, two NBA Finals, many weddings and hundreds and hundreds of portraits.

Matt's work appears regularly in the Boston Herald, where he has been on staff since 1994, and also has appeared in Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, Rolling Stone, and Vanity Fair to name a few.

A graduate of Boston College, Matt resides on Boston’s South Shore with his wife, Stacy, three daughters, dog Chestnut.

Matt is a member of the Boston Press Photographers Association and the National Press Photographers Association.
